WEATHERmeter for Precision Shooting

I'm very pleased with the unit overall. It certainly doesn't have the advertised bluetooth range (I believe they say 30 yards) since mine randomly disconnects if it's over 30 feet from my phone. However, for me that really isn't an issue since as a target shooter, the most important wind velocity readings are the ones closest to my muzzle. The unit has added a layer of consistency to my wind reads that I was hoping for and I recommend it.

My first one I have bought and I really enjoy how it works with my geo ballistics app! Would tell the next person definitely buy it. Thanks great product.

Works well, pairs with easy Chairgun elite ballistic app. I removed the cover and used a hole punch adjacent to the on/off button that illuminates the…. “You cannot see the light through the cover unless you do this”

So far it is working great and paired up with my Chairgun Balistic app very easy

This works with Geoballistics as well as Hornady 4DOF ballistic calculators.

Took this for a test drive this passed weekend and I only have one complaint. That complaint is with Geoballistics more so than the device. Having to take a sample of the environmentals is for it to be used in a firing solution is not necessary if you ask me. Hornady on the other hand, it live updates continuously as the environmentals change.

You will not be disappointed whatsoever if you go this route over a Kestrel. Besides saving about $600ish will ways works for me! Buy with confidence.
