Alan I bought this so I could check out the weather without having to log on to my desktop or laptop. It is nice for a general overview of what is going on with the weather, however if you want to get detailed information you still need to log on to your desktop or laptop. But it is great for a quick glance at the weather.

JACK FOREMAN After using the Tempest Lightmap for several days, I can confidently say it's the perfect missing accessory for the Tempest Weather Station. One of the station's few shortcomings was the lack of a quick and intuitive way to view current weather data. The Lightmap beautifully fills that gap.
