Freight Forwarders
Orders shipped to freight forwarders may be cancelled with notice. There are different versions of the Tempest which operate on different radio frequencies, certified for use in certain countries. Only certified devices are permitted to ship internationally for operation overseas.

Most weather apps and weather reports from your evening news are based on public domain data — primarily from weather stations installed long ago at regional airports. Having a reliable weather station at your home gives you the benefit of knowing the exact conditions outside, (not at the nearest airport). Tempest also provides hyper-local forecast info, customized to your location and can even help you save money on heating & air conditioning by allowing your smart home tech to make automated decisions based on real-time weather data. Can I see my Tempest data online?
Yes. Once your system is configured (using the Tempest Weather mobile app on iOS or Android), you can view data and forecasts from any browser at tempestwx.com. Log in to the website using the same credentials you used to create your Tempest account or view the station data as a guest user.

Brad Mitchum I was already interested in Tempest but got this figuring my kids (age 8 and 12) could use the meter and cards. We have tried all the activities and my kids love the weather word of the week videos. I think you guys have barely scratched the surface with activities so looking forward to seeing that page grow. Also-would have loved to see a notebook included for the kids to keep a record of daily weather, etc. But we have plenty of blank notebooks around so that worked!

Michael Knight I wanted to express how much I really like the Weather Science kit. The Tempest is an incredible weather station. I like the inclusion of the weathermeter as well. I used both in my science class. The students liked using the weathermeter to take readings and then comparing it to the Tempest. The cards also provide some great lessons and activities. I also was impressed by the Weather Science Kit website with some great activities and experiments. I like how some words have hypertext with definitions to help ensure comprehension. I also like the weather word of the week videos.

Julie G. Just an FYI for other folks looking at the science kit, I would put the age range for this at 8-15yrs. I think kids in that range can best understand the concepts and find it fun.
