The Universal Mount is an excellent option for installing the Tempest device on a variety of structures and vertical surfaces.

Two mast configurations are possible. Attaching the short end of the pole in the bracket will maximize installation height while attaching the long end in the bracket instead will provide greater distance from the mounting surface.

Please note: Bracket mounting straps are not included.

The easiest way to mount your new weather station

Simple to install, all the hardware is in the box, along with some spares.......just in case.
Figure out where you want to mount it and if you need more height or distance from the mounting point. I needed more height. Hold the bracket to your mounting point, mark the holes and drill holes for the screws. Assemble the pole into the mount for the Tempest and using the included carriage bolts, mount the pole to the pivot points in the bracket. Adjust and you are done.

Nice but too short

Nice but too short for my needs. Twice the length would be much better.

This was the most difficult part of installing the new Tempest system, I was done in under 5 minutes. It's solid and looks to be very solid.
